Maddy Williams

Experience
10+ years experience as a gymnastics coach, and as an elite gymnast. 3+ years working in high performance sport. I have experience working with artistic sports, field and court based sports, specific injury rehabilitation and working with youth/ teenage athletes.

Specific Training Interests
I am passionate about working with athletes to achieve their goals and continue to develop their passion and understanding for movement and exercise

Philosophy


Why Train With Me?
I strongly believe that by finding a love for movement earlier in life, this can greatly improve the likelihood of continuing exercise throughout someone’s lifetime. I enjoy working with people that have a specific goal, are passionate about exercise or just wanting to develop a better understanding of movement.

Experience
10+ years of industry experience. 6+ years working in high performance sport. I have experience working with field sports, Olympic sports, tactical athletes & para-athletes

Sporting & Fitness Background
My background includes AFL, rugby, weightlifting & powerlifting. In recent years my main focus has been Strength / Conditioning, strongman & competitive Crossfit.

Specific Training Interests
Improving athletic performance. Strength sports. Correcting movement & muscle imbalances

Philosophy
I believe in building a foundation of strength through full range of motion compound lifts, whilst expanding our movement library to encompass as many different movement disciplines as possible. As humans we should be ready for anything.

Troy Cummings

Qualifications
Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning.

Experience
Group Fitness Instructor, competitive soccer and AFL, and over 15 years personal experience within the fitness industry.

Sporting & Fitness Background
I’m big on variety, and enjoy high-intensity interval training, functional based resistance training, Muay Thai, and surfing out in the ocean.

Specific Training Interests
Endurance events, e.g. fun runs, triathlons and open water swimming. Injury rehabilitation and prevention.

Philosophy
I think it was Albert Einstein who said: A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.
