FUSF Group Fitness Timetable

We run a full range of Les Mills and Freestyle classes, including Yoga, Cycle Classes, Pilates, Boxing, Fit Forever and Fit HIIT classes. You can expect to burn an­ything from around 350cal – 700cal per class. Collect a copy of our monthly group fitness timetable from reception, or below. Something for everyone to develop your strength, cardio, core, flexibility and more. Definitely something to comple­ment your existing routine, or get you started in an encouraging group setting!

Our group classes are here to get you motivated and moving: A fully sprung purpose built group fitness floor will look after all your joints, and allow you to get the most out of every class you join us for. Les Mills and Freestyle classes will see you benefit from all areas of group fitness in a welcoming environment with fantastic instructors.

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Spin is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

BODYATTACK™
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

YOGA Concentrates on strengthening and toning deep muscles to improve posture, alignment and flexibility. Beginners welcome.
Mat Pilates
MAT PILATES
MAT PILATES – A toning class with focus on muscle strength and flexibility. A floor style class utilising breathing techniques and exercises specific to core strength and stability. Gain flexibility and firmness by moving muscles through their full range of motion. Great for your posture.

PUNCH PAD
PUNCH PAD combines boxing moves and pad work to give you a complete exercise program. Tone & improve your strength while developing your cardio fitness and speed. Always great to help de-stress. Glove up!

FIT FOREVER (OVER 40’S)
FIT FOREVER (OVER 40’S) – Circuit style training that gets you moving by incorporating both cardio and strength exercises. Build strength and get fit (held in the ladies only gym area)

REFORMER PILATES
The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.
HIIT icon
HIIT
HIIT Get onboard with the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which will see you get maximum results from your workout. Held in the cardio area in the HIIT zone.
Women and weights icon
WOMEN & WEIGHTS
A female instructor in the who can teach you the ropes, or advance your weights workout to progress to next level training.

The Bunker - Strength & Conditioning

The Bunker is a custom-designed strength and conditioning facility offering daily coached sessions, Monday to Friday, for members with silver or gold memberships.

Class schedule: Mon to Fri 6:30am and Mon to Thur 5:30pm.
The Bunker sessions build strength, respiratory fitness, and general physical preparedness (GPP) through scientifically grounded methods. You can experience the training with a 5-session pass for just $25.
