Fear-Less at Flinders Uni Sport & Fitness

This program allows you to feel supported, confident and receive fitness education to get the most out of your time in the gym.

Run by our highly qualified and friendly staff, supported by students from the Flinders Exercise and Sports Science program. This program is available free to all members, to ensure you can reach your goals more efficiently.

Each 30 minute session can be booked at reception or online and allows you to focus on your choice of muscle growth or weight loss goals, offering either male or female options. Women’s only sessions are available to those who would prefer.
